Our Messiah Yahushua/Yeshua (you may know him as Jesus), explicitly addresses 7 assemblies in the book of Revelation, through John. Historically, these were 7 literal churches in Asia Minor. Considering the Holy Bible is a timeless living book, the souls of those of us who belong to Christ is divinely designed to realize the significance and relevance of the warnings, prescriptions and promises declared to each assembly.
In John’s vision, the 7 assemblies are represented by 7 burning menorots (candles) in the presence of the Father in Heaven. The churches addressed are as follows: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum (Pergamos), Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea.
“How fortunate is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and those who hear and keep what has been written in it — for the time is near.” - Revelation 1:3 (TLV)
“Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned, I saw seven golden menorot. In the midst of the menorot, I saw One like a Son of Man, clothed in a robe down to His feet, with a golden belt wrapped around his chest. His head and His hair were white like wool, white like snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire. His feet were like polished bronze refined in a furnace, and His voice was like the roar of rushing waters.
In His right hand He held seven stars, and out of His mouth came forth a sharp, two-edged sword. His face was like the sun shining at full strength. When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. But He placed His right hand on me, saying, “Do not be afrain! I am the First and the Last, and the One who lives. I was dead, but look — I am alive forever and ever! Moreover, I hold the keys of death and Sheol.
Therefore write down what you have seen, what is, and what will happen after these things.
As for the mystery of the seven stars that you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden menorot — the seven stars are the angels of Messiah’s seven communities, and the seven menorot are the seven communities.” - Revelation 1:12-20 (TLV)
The letter J did not exist in the time period in which our Messiah walked the earth. Within this digital space, He will be addressed as by his real name, YAH-U-SHUA as He is the same “yesterday, today and forever”.
His highlighted name above is linked to an external learning space that articulates the importance of learning His real name in extensive detail.

There is power in the name. Also, we believe that investing the time to learn our Messiah’s real name is an important act of reverence.

Saints, we are set-apart in His name. Surely, you observe that the name ‘Jesus’ is widely spread and liberally used in this prophetic age. Study to show thyself approved and discern for yourself. May the Holy Spirit keep you in alignment with the will of our Heavenly Father.
